Falling for the Turkish Yachting Market
Charter shows, gulets and a community full of warmth — why Türkiye has a special place in my yachting career.

Some markets you work with. Others you fall in love with. For me, Türkiye is firmly the second kind.
A market built on craftsmanship
Working on partnerships with associations, local boat shows and charter events brought me close to the Turkish yachting community — from traditional gulet builders to modern shipyards producing world-class superyachts. The craftsmanship and pride in the work are remarkable.
The charter experience
The Turkish coastline is made for chartering: turquoise bays, pine-covered hills, and a hospitality culture that guests remember for years. Charter shows in the region are a wonderful chance to see the fleet up close and meet the crews and owners behind it.
Relationships first
What stays with me most is the people. Business in Türkiye is personal — you build trust over tea and long conversations, and once you have it, it lasts.
If you are working in the Turkish market — or thinking about it — I would love to hear from you.
